Introduction

This user manual provides a step-by-step guide for using the CDOT MDM UI, covering key functionalities such as Profile management, Device Management, Enrollment, Settings, and more.

Getting Started with Device Addition​

Follow these steps to add devices into the MDM system:

Steps to Add Android Devices​

  1. Add Applications

    • Navigate to the Applications interface
    • Add the applications that will be included in your profiles

  2. Add Web Applications

    • Use the Web Applications interface
    • Add web applications that will be included in your profiles

  3. Configure Passcode Settings

    • Go to Settings → Passcode Settings
    • Add passcode restrictions as needed

  4. Configure Profiles

    • Create profiles with the required policies and restrictions
    • Configure all necessary settings for device management

  5. Publish Profiles

    • Once configured, publish the profiles to make them active
    • Published profiles can be assigned to devices

  6. Enroll Devices

    • Use the Enrollment tab to enroll devices
    • Follow the QR code enrollment process

  7. View Reports

    • Monitor device status and management through various reports
    • Access detailed information about devices, applications, and profiles
