Device Management Overview

The Device Management module provides comprehensive tools for monitoring, managing, and controlling enrolled devices.

Device Management Report​

The Device Management Report provides a centralized view of all enrolled devices.

Accessing Device Management​

  1. Select Device Management from side navigation
  2. Page loads table with device details
  3. Use filters to narrow down devices

Exporting Data​

  1. Click Export button

  2. Choose format:

    • PDF – For formal reports
    • CSV – For spreadsheet analysis

  3. File downloads to designated location

Visual Analytics​

Donut Charts​

Two donut charts provide visual insights:

Device Type Chart:

  • Distribution of device types (phones, tablets)
  • Hover to view percentage values
  • Quick overview of fleet composition

Device Status Chart:

  • Distribution of device statuses
  • Hover to view percentages
  • Identify devices requiring attention

Device Table​

View detailed information for all enrolled devices:

  • Serial number
  • Device model
  • OS version
  • Status
  • Assigned profile
  • Last check-in time

Filter Options​

  • Status – Filter by device status
  • OS Type – Filter by operating system
  • Profile – Filter by assigned profile
  • Enrollment Date – Filter by date range

Find devices by:

  • Serial number
  • Device name
  • User name
  • IMEI number
