Device Information

Access comprehensive device information including hardware, software, network details, and manage device profiles and applications.

Accessing Device Info​

  1. Navigate to Device Management
  2. Click on any device from the table
  3. Device Info page opens with detailed information

Overview Section​

Key device information displayed at the top:

  • Serial Number – Unique device identifier
  • OS Type – Operating system (Android version)
  • Status – Current status (Active, Inactive, etc.)
  • Enrollment Time – When device was enrolled

Device Info Tab​

Comprehensive technical information organized by category.

Hardware Information​

  • Device model and manufacturer
  • Screen resolution and size
  • Storage capacity and available space
  • Memory (RAM) specifications
  • Battery level and health
  • Processor information

Network Information​

  • Wi-Fi status and connected network
  • Mobile network operator
  • IP address
  • MAC address
  • IMEI/Serial numbers

Software Information​

  • Operating system version
  • Security patch level
  • Build number
  • Kernel version
  • MDM agent version

Location Information​

  • Current device location (if enabled)
  • Last known location
  • Location accuracy
  • Timestamp of last update

  • Location information is only available if location services are enabled and permitted.

Profile Tab​

View and manage the device's assigned profile.

Profile Display​

  • Expandable bars for each policy
  • Click policy bars to view settings
  • View all restrictions and configurations

Assigning a Profile​

  1. Click Assign Profile button

  2. Popup appears with:

    • Profile selection drop-down
    • Description input field (optional)

  3. Select desired profile

  4. Click Assign Profile to confirm

  5. Profile is applied to device

  • Assigning a new profile replaces the current profile and its settings.

Apps Tab​

Lists all applications related to the device.

Installed Apps​

  • Currently installed applications
  • Version information
  • Installation date
  • App size

Blocked Apps​

  • Applications blocked by policy
  • Reason for blocking
  • Policy enforcing the block

Expected Apps​

  • Apps that should be installed per profile
  • Installation status
  • Pending installations

WebApps Tab​

Displays web application information.

Installed Web Apps​

  • Configured web applications
  • Page URLs
  • Icon information

Blocked Web Apps​

  • Web apps blocked by policy
  • Reason for blocking

Expected Web Apps​

  • Web apps per assigned profile
  • Deployment status

Device Settings Tab​

Current device parameters and configurations.

Audio Settings​

  • Volume – Device volume level
  • Ring Volume – Ringer setting
  • Notification Volume – Notification sound level

Display Settings​

  • Brightness – Screen brightness level
  • Screen Timeout – Auto-lock timeout
  • Orientation Lock – Screen rotation status

Security Settings​

  • Passcode status
  • Encryption status
  • Lock screen configuration

Network Settings​

  • Wi-Fi configuration
  • Mobile data status
  • VPN configuration
