Adding a Web Application​
Create new web applications to provide quick access to web services.
Required Information​
- Web Application Name – Minimum 3 characters
- Icon – PNG image representing the application
- Icon Name – Name associated with the icon
- Page URL – Web address of the application
Validation Rules​
- All fields must be completed (minimum 3 characters each)
- Only PNG image formats accepted
- Icon size must not exceed 10KB
- URL must be valid and accessible
Add Process​
- Click Add Web Application button
- Fill in all required fields
- Upload icon (PNG, max 10KB)
- Enter the page URL
- Click Add Web Application to submit
- Success message appears or error if validation fails
- Click Cancel to close without saving

- Format: PNG only
- Maximum size: 10KB
- Recommended dimensions: 192x192 pixels
Editing a Web Application​
Modify existing web application details.
Edit Steps​
- Click Edit button for the web application
- Dialog opens with pre-filled details
- Modify values as needed
- Save Changes button becomes enabled
- Click Save Changes to update
- Success message on validation success
- Error message if validation fails
- Click Cancel to close without saving

Deleting a Web Application​
Remove web applications that are no longer needed.
Delete Steps​

Click Delete button for the web application

Confirmation dialog displays application name

Options:
- Cancel – Closes dialog without changes
- Delete – Permanently removes application

Success or error message appears

- Deleting a web application removes it from all assigned profiles and devices.

- Ensure URLs are properly formatted

- Keep icon file sizes small for faster loading
